Taken from his village at a young age and essentially raised within The Three’s army… when he started going out on missions and seeing how they were expected to act and treat people, he grew increasingly disillusioned. This peaked before the battle for the Breath of Hraesvelgr where he received his first vision showing him what happen if the relic were to fall into the wrong hands… that’s when he turned to the side of good. Death and rebirth ensued.
