- No one really knows what the wards actually do… he’ll tell people things like,

- and they do other things, and they don’t know why it works, but it seems to anyway
- the storm giant sage comes and back and places a tablet with 4 locations on it
- she explains this is the list of places Ankyroth needs the wards removed from so they can complete several mysterious theses about the DE
- they’re being blocked from this ‘data’
- she points out the first place is a mountain not too far from here, in the overworld, a hidden vault
- she insists it’s the closes one, easiest, and good will from doing it first
- the other 3 are names we’re aware of:
- Overworld Vault – Puki thinks he knows after the Wizard King perished, the 1st Archmage began undoing lots of the dark magic put in place
- part of this washiding some powerful artifacts away – possibly in this vault!
- the vault itself is supposed to be an active ward – it IS a ward, and it does something else
- deactivate the vault, and get access to what’s inside
- She turns back and says “It’s good that you’re doing this – it has not been good to see Ankyroth have such anger towards little people.”
- Overworld Vault – Puki thinks he knows after the Wizard King perished, the 1st Archmage began undoing lots of the dark magic put in place
- This time, the small party who was taunting the heroes before, seem quiet and even humbled now. Happy with what they’ve learned, but not confrontational.
- THe rakshasa waves, the medusa blows us a kiss and the cloud giant stares menacingly

- parking Cloudskimmer against a huge wall of ‘cloud stuff’

- stand before a tall wall – the only place on the dome that’s different from the rest
- the pane is opaque with cloud giants fighting against undead left
- 5 pools of cloud stuff is actually swirling – quicksand? portal?
- this is the stuff people use to shape into what we’re walking on
- Legion‘s first though; depicted when the giants ended the 1st age – raised axis… clearly allied with The 1st Archmage – even some of the giants are depicted running with barrels away from the battle
- It’s so simple… the undead are stealing cloud stuff from the cloud giants – a mural of the lich king gathering what he needs to imprison the white!
- As Legion pats himself on the back for his musings, a flare of light blinds Legion and cloud giants peel off the mural
- It seems they ahve returned, protect the vault!

- a gigantic shard of ice ‘uncloaks’ and flies into the dome at incredible speed!
- puki is the only one who saw a larger-than-idris white insectoid-like creature piloting
- two gargoyle-like creatures, except their feet were cloven, and they wielded pitchforks
